Regular readers of Cooking Light will be seeing a lot of Arcodoro and Pomodoro co-owner Efisio Farris this year. The magazine's March issue prominently features the chef and restaurateur in a feature on Sardinian cooking and how it relates to the longevity of the Italian island's residents. Farris, who came to America from Orosei, Sardinia, more than two decades ago, has also been named to Cooking Light's 2009 Nutrition Advisory Board, a panel of 15 chefs, scientists, dietitians and other culinary experts who will contribute to the magazine's year-long "Nutrition Essentials" series.
