Want to treat the kids to a fancy meal -- for free? Kids 12 and under are free with each paid adult meal at Diamond Oaks Country Club in Fort Worth Thursday, Feb. 19 from 6 to 9 p.m. At the "Italian Night" themed dinner, kids and parents (whose meals cost $15.50 each) can feast on salad and chicken piccata with lemon and white wine sauce. Also included: a build your own pasta bar featuring angel hair and penne pastas and alfredo cream, pesto basil and meat sauce, seasonal veggies, fresh baked garlic bread, assorted desserts, coffee, tea and water.
RSVPs required by Wednesday, Feb. 18 at 5 p.m. with catering director James Bond (who is not, to our knowledge, doubling as a secret agent) at 817-834-6261, ext. 239 or jbond@diamondoaksclub.com. Diamond Oaks Country Club, 5821 Diamond Oaks Drive North, Fort Worth.
