Former Rosewood Mansion chef John Tesar wrote in an email early this morning that he will make a public announcement on Tuesday. In the email, Tesar explains that he is in Florida cooking at a wine dinner for a school charity. "I cannot say much till I get back," he writes, then gives Harris permission to share the information on his behalf. The mystery deepens, we'll keep you posted. Archived Comments |

'Sounds like the good chef is going to stick around, and aren't we glad?
having managed the transition between dean and john
i would like to express my public gratitute to both men for teaching me and the cooks that worked alongside me.
john is one of the best chefs i have worked under and deserves credit for his achievements while at the mansion.
he was there for me during a low point of my career and i wish him the best.
cheers john
