I knew Tesar was local chef chair for this May's event, but found out last night that he's also one of only five chefs in the country appointed to the organization's national culinary council. Impressive. Also impressive? Some of the other names involved in the event, including Stephan Pyles, Kent Rathbun, Scott Gottlich and Abraham Salum.

Nice to see Tesar doing something for someone else for a change.
i have one wish ...when a person blogs with a gripe that they sign there real name and not take blind cheap shots at people who work really hard and in the public eye.
Many Dallas Chefs do lots of charity work and we all have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for charity this year
If i have angered you please let me know what i have done wrong but not a blind cheap shot on the internet . FYI... I never have any time for myself, did i flirt with your girlfriend or something ?
Bravo Chef Tesar, great response to a very misguided comment.
Once again, Tesar proves to the unassuming public that he is in fact a nut. To bad those closest to him and his daily antics already know this to be fact.
Mansion girl,
It's so easy to make mean, stupid comments and take cheap shots when you don't have to sign your own name to them. sort of like spending someone else's money. if you work with him you should be ashamed of yourself. He has reinvented that broken down pink house
I agree with JT if you have a beef then sign your name... i.e. I hate 7 short funny looking annoying men

I here Tesar is opening his own restaurant far from Dallas, what is the old Mansion going to do with out it's young creative spirt ? serve Tacos and tortilla soup again say it's not so !
Chef Tesar was kind enough to use the students at Aims Culinary Academy for a function the Mansion was doing. He and his staff could not have been nicer and accommodating to us. They were consummate professionals. We loved working with John.
