Who knew Abraham Lincoln liked stewed and scalloped oysters, wild game and apples? Well, evidently the Inaugural Committee folks in charge of the food for President Elect Barack Obama's inauguration meal do. That's why in honor of President Lincoln, the luncheon appetizer will be seafood stew in puff pastry -- scallops, shrimp, lobster, with a main course of duck breast with sour-cherry chutney and herb-roasted pheasant served with molasses sweet potatoes and winter vegetables and apple cinnamon sponge cake for dessert.
