Wow what a surprise. My wife and daughters had dinner at the Abbey last Saturday night. Dinner was a little dissapointing compared to the great Sunday brunch. What's next Manny's, Randy's???
My husband and I have lived in Frisco for 18 years. The Abbey and Randys were the only two restaurants in town. The Abbey was our favorite and we always felt like family when we were there. We have made many friends of the people that work there are very sad that they are closing. We will miss you and wish you all the very best. God bless you!
This news makes me very sad! I was upset when they closed their location in Richardson a few years back, because then we didn't have a good place to go for Sunday brunch. Now we REALLY don't have a place to go. :( I hope that the owners decide to reopen somewhere else, because the Abbey always had great food, and the people were genuinely nice.
