After reading the nice review, I visited for lunch. The burger was good, but even with a little "pink" in the middle, Five Guys' has nothing to worry about.
The only distressing thing was their poorly-thought-out food delivery system: sitting at the counter I saw that my order was "up" exactly seven minutes before it was presented to me. Amusingly, during this time the waitress/cashier picked up my burger twice to stare inside it while my fries were getting cold! As I was in "review" mode I said nothing, but resolved not to return.
