Stephan Pyles will be the owner and will drive the concept, but his restaurants have executive chefs, just as his current restaurant has Tim Byres as Executive Chef. Therefore, Paolo's (with an "o", not a "u") question is quite valid and on the mind of many readers. Get it straight before you go around duh'ing others.
Also, it's "you're kidding", not "your kidding".
That's my office building! So I wonder if it's going in the current La Madeleine space?
