For those of you who don't understand how Texas' liquor laws work (this includes most of us), just trust me when I say, in simplest terms, restaurants in so-called dry areas must buy their wines through retailers like Sigel's. In these hard times, some restaurants are not picking up their orders, and Sigel's Addison is basically selling the orphan wines at fire-sale prices.
