Jones said in a phone interview that he'd been interviewing chefs for a while. Staniford recently borrowed friend Scott Gottlich's kitchen at Bijoux and cooked Jones a six-course lunch there -- it landed him the job. Jones aims to open Grace by the end of October, if all goes according to construction plans. |

That's a shame. We need all the inventive chefs we can get in Dallas. I thought Blaine owned Fuse, so surprised to hear he is gone. Guess I was wrong.
Anyway, I think he is a talented guy and I liked Scene's food, despite the tough DMN review. Hope he returns.

It's about time we have some of the better-known chefs arrive in Fort Worth. Why should Dallas have all the talent? Glad to hear there will be another option for upscale dining in FTW.
