Christiano (not his name) helps launch Capriccio

Christiano, beloved ex-maitre d' at Arcodoro-Pomodoro, is back at the front of an Italian restaurant after a brief fling at Shish. Capriccio Ristorante opens (tentatively) later this week at 5301 Alpha Road, near the Galleria.

Although the genial host went by Christiano all those years at Arcodoro-Pomodoro, it's not his real name. Now we can all call him Manuel de Martino. He's the general manager of the new spot.
