after reading the story my question was WHERE on Main Street was it located? The story never said.

Actually Bob, it did say that it was about two blocks west of Neiman Marcus. It was on the south side of Main Street as I recall.

Now I regret never having eaten there when I worked downtown. I was intimidated by the small cluttered windows... and sounds like I missed out on a great hole-in-the-wall.

"Mr. DePetris said he is negotiating to replace the grill with a Mediterranean restaurant that has a lounge and rooftop bar."

Ugh... so typical. I'm so tired about hearing about downtown "lounges." At least they didn't say "ultralounge."

This is an example of the proclivity over the years to tear down older buildings in downtown in favor of parking lots. Maybe if there were a supply of older buildings, perhaps not on Main Street, but a block or two away, the Zodiac could find a site at reasonable rent. There are just not many of those sites available that one sees in other major downtown areas full of small boutiques, mom and pop restaurants, etc.
