Also in the shopping center that's undergoing a renaissance at Old Denton Road and George Bush: Mozart Bakery and Cafe. Yeah, Pegasus got there first, and you can read their impression here. But I can hardly imagine that Mozart was finished, since it still seems to be putting on last-minute touches. There are a couple of small seating areas, but it's primarily a bakery and coffee bar. I saw several variations on croissants, as well as baby white bean balls, which looked like small rolls with sesame seeds on top; miniature pound cakes; Okinawa bread, which looks kinda like a dense, date-nut-type bread; as well as pizza bread, which was like a focaccia pizza. Inside the case were cakes and variations on cakes. Definintely worth a look-see. And does anyone know what Okinawa bread might be? |

Old Denton and George Bush? Wouldn't that be the "Tous Les Jours Bakery" attached to/inside the Super H Mart? Mozart Bakery is attached to Assi Plaza in Plano, at Spring Creek and Coit, isn't it? thanks

I haven't called to find out, but maybe it's the second location? I definitely drove north through the shopping center from Super H Mart, where Tous Les Jours is located. ... I just called, and this is the second location of the same outfit.
