Here's another reason to hope the weather's nice this weekend. Chef Richard Chamberlain, the grilling guru, plans to hold his spring grilling class at his Dallas home's outdoor kitchen this Saturday, April 5, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Samplings will include prime ribeye, diver sea scallops and the chef's honey-glazed pork chops. He says he also will do a special demo "on growing a pear in a bottle to make pear brandy." Price of the class is $35 for adults, $15 for kids. Email Chefchamberlain@aol.com for reservations or more information. |
