I spent most of Monday holed up at Milestone Culinary Arts center helping choose this year's Rising Star Chefs. The contestants had to prepare a dish to pair with either Merryvale Starmont 2006 Chardonnay or Merryvale Starmont 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon. |
