Thanks to blogger Scott over on DallasFood.org, we hear that Baby Back Shak has re-opened following a January fire. Scott says the restaurant has "new paint (wiping out the cool graffiti, which I hope will be replaced), some minor interior improvements, and a revised menu (with slightly higher prices).
