Comes word from Dallas cheese maven Paula Lambert that her Mozzarella Company's Hoja Santa Goat Cheese (a fresh goat cheese wrapped in aromatic leaves) is a finalist in the Third Annual Gallo Family Vineyards Gold Medal Awards.
