Fans of the Dr. Seuss classic Green Eggs and Ham might be tickled to find out they can probably find a close approximation to green eggs and ham in IHOP's Mayor's Breakfast , featuring a humorous play on the Seuss classic with eggs scrambled with spinach. The dish is one of four in an IHOP promotion associated with the upcoming movie Dr. Seuss' Horton Hears a Who! The animated flick, inspired by the 1954 Dr. Seuss book, is scheduled to open March 14. Other whimsically named items include Who-Cakes (named after the folks populating a speck of dust) and Beezlenut Splash. |
