On April 15, you're encouraged to BYOT (bring your own taxes), nurse a martini, graze on hors d'oeuvres and listen to music while a complimentary courier service (starting at 6 p.m.) ferries your paperwork to a post office. The entry "Martini Park's Tax Day bash" is tagged: Martini Park Eats reader Alicia wants to know if there's another restaurant in town that has tinga hash like was served at Ciudad before it closed in August. According to Cuidad's menu, which is still online, tinga hash is a "potato cake topped with pork tinga, fried egg and chipotle hollandaise." Anybody know a place that serves this? Ehret reports: If you need something last-minute at Williams-Sonoma for your Easter preparations, you have until 9 p.m. Saturday to pick it up at the Preston Park store, 1900 Preston Road in Plano. After that, the store will be closing until May 24 for remodeling, says manager Kerri Weber.
