On April 15, you're encouraged to BYOT (bring your own taxes), nurse a martini, graze on hors d'oeuvres and listen to music while a complimentary courier service (starting at 6 p.m.) ferries your paperwork to a post office. According to Cuidad's menu, which is still online, tinga hash is a "potato cake topped with pork tinga, fried egg and chipotle hollandaise." Anybody know a place that serves this? Ehret reports: If you need something last-minute at Williams-Sonoma for your Easter preparations, you have until 9 p.m. Saturday to pick it up at the Preston Park store, 1900 Preston Road in Plano.
