The Taste wine panel met Wednesday to plow through 18 roses. Rose has not had an easy go in Dallas. People here just don't seem to get it, until they drink it in France. I can't help with the France thing, but here's a tip: Many of the roses, no matter what the style, paired well with blueberries and blue cheese. Go ahead, try it. I guess the next question to ask would be, what would go better with rose' (or as we say in Italy, rosato)wines ...CFS or Mac & Cheese?
