But a little-known section in the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code permits anyone to buy beer or wine at their stores. That’s right: You don’t need a membership. As TABC spokesperson Carolyn Beck says, "Sales can’t be restricted only to members of the club." Yessss. |

I hate having to show my card at Sam's. All seems a little silly. I think this policy is also true for prescriptions. Anyone can buy drugs, beer, and wine at Sam's. No card needed.
