Former Melrose Hotel exec chef Joel Harloff (above) has been named exec chef of the new Screen Door restaurant coming to One Arts Plaza late Oct. or early Nov. The new eatery is the brainchild of Dallas restaurateur Scott Jones, known for his longtime Tex-Italian eatery Cafe Italia on Lovers Lane. He and his partner were executive producers on the campy cult film Sordid Lives with Delta Burke and Olivia Newton-John. Buy it HERE. |
